What it means

13:13 drags a bad reputation it has not earned. Thirteen is the number of moulting: something ends so something else has room. It appears during badly handled transitions, when loss gets confused with punishment. No serious tradition treats it as an unlucky hour.

A mirror hour does not tell the future: it catches your attention at the moment it was drifting. If 13:13 keeps coming back for you now, it is because "transformation" is the subject you are turning over without naming. Naming it is usually enough to unblock what comes next.
