What it means

07:07 is the most cited mirror hour after 11:11. Seven is the number of analysis and withdrawal: it rewards those who can wait and watch. Seeing it usually means you already understood something you refuse to put into words, often about a person your body distrusts before your head does.

A mirror hour does not tell the future: it catches your attention at the moment it was drifting. If 07:07 keeps coming back for you now, it is because "intuition and protection" is the subject you are turning over without naming. Naming it is usually enough to unblock what comes next.
