By using Exsignum you accept these terms of service. If you do not agree, do not use our service. These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Exsignum.
Exsignum is a daily symbolic guidance platform offering personalized horoscopes based on traditions such as Mayan, Chinese, Western, Tarot and Numerology. The service includes a free plan (1 daily horoscope) and a paid Full plan ($1 USD/month) with access to every tradition.
You are responsible for keeping your account and the email you sign in with secure: access is through a link we send to your email, with no password. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information. You may not share your account with third parties or use the service for unlawful purposes.
The Full plan is billed monthly at $1 USD, except for founding members, who get it for free (see "Founding member plan"). You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Access continues until the end of the paid period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused periods.
The first 1,000 people who confirm their email (by opening the link we send them), provided their account had no previous plan, get the Full plan free for life: all 5 traditions (Mayan, Chinese, Western, Tarot and Numerology) plus biorhythm, with no expiry date. We will never ask you for a card or any payment to get it or keep it, and if we change our prices in the future, that change does not apply to founding members. Spots are assigned in order of confirmation, one per account, and cannot be transferred or sold; the counter on the site shows how many are left. Once the 1,000 spots are filled, people who sign up later will use the free plan and can upgrade to the Full plan for $1 USD/month. The benefit lasts for as long as Exsignum provides the service and ends if you delete your account or if we close it for breaching these terms; if you sign up again later, the conditions in force at that time apply.
Horoscope content is generated by artificial intelligence and is intended solely for reflection and entertainment. It does not constitute medical, legal, financial or professional advice. We are not responsible for decisions made based on this content.
You may not: use the service for illegal activities, attempt unauthorized access to systems, copy or resell the content, use bots or automated scripts, or interfere with the operation of the service.
All content, design and functionality of Exsignum belong to Exsignum or its licensors. You may use the generated content for personal use, but you may not reproduce it commercially without authorization.
Exsignum is provided 'as is' without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of the content. We will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. You can delete your account at any time from Settings, inside your dashboard. When you delete it we erase your profile, birth date, preferences, saved horoscopes and scheduled emails; if you had the founder plan you lose it, and if you have a paid subscription we cancel it at that moment. We only keep, without your personal data, the record of payments made, for accounting obligations. Before deleting it you can download a copy of your data in JSON format from the same screen.
We reserve the right to modify these terms. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the competent courts as appropriate.
